Overview
Able Global Berhad was originally incorporated as Johore Tin Berhad (JTB) in Malaysia on 22nd November 2000 as a public limited company under the Companies Act 1965.
The company was listed on Bursa Malaysia in the year 2003, consisting of three subsidiaries in the Tin Can manufacturing segment. Starting off as a tin can manufacturing company, the group has evolved over the years and advent into the Food and Beverage industry opened up new avenues for growth.
The group expanded into the Food and Beverage segment via the acquisition of Able Dairies Sdn Bhd, a dairy product’s manufacturing company with an already established global market presence. To further augment and cement foothold in the growing dairy industry, Able Food Sdn Bhd was incorporated to mark entry into the dry milk powder processing and packaging arena.
Able Dairies Mexico was established in 2018 as the first overseas venture of the group to cater to the North America, LATAM and Caribbean markets and complement group aspirations of becoming a truly global force to reckon in the food and beverage sector.
